Come experience a Blind Beer Tasting with Seattle Beer School! We all will blindly taste five different beers. By all, we mean ALL. Even us. Fun! Scary! EXCITING. We will talk through tasting techniques, talk BJCP/BA style guidelines, and use our powers of deduction—and incredible sniffing skills—to figure out WTF are these beers! Tasting “blind” is an incredible experience—you learn your biases, you learn your strengths, and you learn what areas of sensory analysis need attention. When we don’t know what we’re drinking, we are truly tasting: we really look at it, smell it, taste it, and feel it.
